Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo is an American actor and author. Her career began in the soaps One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she performed in numerous supporting roles on premiertime TV. Andrea Navedo is an American actress-singer who was born on the 10th of November 1977, in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo's professional acting began in soap operas. Navedo was in the ABC soap show One Life to Live as Linda Soto from 1995 to 1997. Then in 1999 she joined in the ensemble of CBS soap opera Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. She made her film debut with a small role for the role of Girl 6 (1996) then she appeared in two episodes New York Undercover and The District. Navedo played as a character in Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The action drama Washington Heights was released the following year. Navedo played a regular role in the NBC Crime series Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. The character was later featured in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods and Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo appeared in many other films like El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo was a regular character in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 and 2013. Superfast!, a comedy film in which she was a part. The film that parodies The Fast and the Furious series was released in the year 2015. Navedo's career in the field began with daytime soap operas. Between 1995 and 1997, she played Linda Soto on ABC's soap show One Life to Live. She joined CBS's Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. Her first film appearance came in the form of a minor character on Girl 6 (1996). In the following years, she was a guest star on seasons of New York Undercover, The District and The District. Navedo appeared in Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001.
